    I used to get the odd craving for cigarettes but now I just use snuff occasionally and it seems to keep my brain happy enough not to inflict smoking cravings on me. I finally found a smokeless tobacco products that my son likes too. Thank you Angela.

    I wouldn't call what I experience as a craving....it's more like 'Oh that smells good', or 'Hmm, that would be nice'. It's not hard to not do it.

    Crave burning tobacco...no.

    But I'm like Jen, still have times it smells good, especially when it's a good pipe or rollie baccy.

    The smell of smoke turns my stomach now, but that only occured about 12 months into my exclusive vaping journey.
    BUT, every now and the I getthat restless feeling of wanting something, not sure what. So I try the usual suspects, eat a cake, all the timtams, the peanut M&Ms, have a drinks, a bag of crisps, and then work out it wasn't any of them, and realise it is really a smoke I crave, which is easyto resist by then cos I don't feel real good.

    Yep. Mostly when I'm super stressed or there's a big family argument or the like. I don't often cave, but it occasionally happens.

    The best prevention for me is upping my nic when those occasions come along and the craving normally settles down within a few minutes.
