    G'day.

I've been vaping for about 6 months without a ciggy now. Had a few goes at it years ago, but due to bad purchasing choices the ciggies won over. After reading up on vaping here and on other forums managed to kick the cigs. It's only taken me 37 years on a 25 pack a day habit but I can't see myself ever going back. I've settled on MTL tanks and have just started experimenting with DIY juices and RTAs. In a little over 6 months I now own 6 mods and 7 tanks. If I last another 37 years I reckon I'm gonna need to build a new room for my vaping gear lol.

Anyways cheers to everybody and thanks for the valuable info posted on this website and others.

    Andrew.

Hi Andrew, welcome and good on you for quitting the Cigs.
I reckon it doesn't matter how much vaping gear you purchase, some of us need new things to keep the interest up and at the end of the day you are winning :)

Yep thats the way I look at it. All the different options in vaping helps kill the ciggie addiction. And it's still way cheaper. A guy at work was laughing at me cos I paid over $200 for a mod. It's about the same I was spending on smokes in a week. And it's shiny.

    Welcome to VCA :)

    Which mod?

My computer desk, used to have a monitor, KB & mouse on it, now the only way you can tell it has a KB & mouse on it is because they have LED lighting LOL
Mods, tanks, snuff tins/bottles, juice bottles & tools take up most of the real estate on the computer desk LOL

Provari P3 with a Kabuki tank. Expensive but reliable and tough as nails. Im a bit paranoid of cheap mods when you see videos of them exploding in peoples pockets.

Hello and welcome Andrew. Glad you managed to find your way through the maze of vaping. It is very difficult without knowing someone who vapes or living near a vape shop. :)

Actually a mate who lived in Greece for 12 months or so gave me some tips also. He mixed up some juice for me and got me going. My previous attempts had been with those things that look like cigs but you cant get a drag out of.

LOL that isn't the mod causing that in most cases when it happens, it's the user not taking due care &/or using cheap crap batteries instead of paying a couple $ more for good quality batts.

Yeah. I only buy batteries from reliable sellers. Have read about fakes. Same with the charger.

Welcome to the land of Shinitis... I meant Vaper Cafe :)
You can never have too many mods. You also need backups of backups of backups. My list would be I need a Single batt mod, dual batt mod, triple batt mod, built in batt mod, big ones, small ones, stealth ones, color matching ones, etc.. the list goes on and on but let's face it, they are all well worth every cent because they all contribute to your quitting journey.

Let me pass on some wise words to you like it was passed on to me when I joined this cafe :)
