Java script redirector problem.

    Whenever I go to to this forum my NOD32 antivirus warns of a java-script re-directer. Can anyone tell me why??

    It may be a false positive situation, whereby, the test result wrongly indicates the condition. See if NOD32 needs an update and if the warning goes away. I use Bitdefender myself and receive no such warnings. I used NOD32 many years ago; however, moved on as it was a bit of a resource hog.

    Also see if your web browser and java is up to date.

    Esset AV products (Eg. NOD32) usually report more false positives than; Avira (which I use & which gives me no similar warnings on VCA) or Bitdefender (which I used to use), both of which have free versions for personal use that are rated very high by independant AV test labs.
    Looking at one such AV test lab, I see that Esset reported four false positives of legitimate software as malware during a recent 2 month test:

    Tapatalk smart phone app, at a guess. Probably just simple if clause for mobile browser being picked up
