Good point Judith, it does seem to take forever for parcels to come West from over there .
I will stop worrying for a few days , just don't want to go through the border force crap again .

I am panicking. Was meant to do a joined order to save more. When om put on reddit the coupon was last day, I ordered pippi's, but put my suburb. I did ring them, but with how busy they have been, unsure if they changed it. Hasn't moved since thursday, so I lodged a support request with auspost.

If it goes tits up, I'll replace pippi's from mine.

Bit strange mate, you ordered yours 4 or 5 days or more before I ordered mine I think?
Unless you put in a second order?
If it doesn't arrive today I'd really start to be concerned.

5 Working days is normal, 7 or 8 at busy times for AusPost.
Certainly if it doesn't arrive for Jerry today, it is getting to be like it was actually sent via snail drawn carriage.

Mine arrived in Sydney on the 6th also Jerry. No more updates since the 10th.
I just rang Aus Post and they informed me that it's on board with the driver for delivery to-day.:yippee:

Like you I was getting a little anxious. I think you can relax and expect delivery very soon.

Leak pictures, contact info blacked out by me on the box picture (click thumbs to see full size):

    Outer box:

Inside the box, the packing material soaked up some of the lost liquid:

The bottles, you can see discolored labels on the bottles (front right) that leaked & another that I suspect had a minor leak at the back, also you can see the seals are all intact:

All up it may have been just on 1/2 a bottle of WTA lost, perhaps a little less but like I stated in my previous post, the lost juice is not what really concerns me, how this may affect unsuspecting postal workers is the main concern.

the droppers are probably the weak point, rather than the threads and seal

My droppers don't work, the bottles would be better without them IMO

The way the dropper lids are designed, the only way juice can leak out from the dropper is through the bulb, if there is a hole in it.
What I found was that the lids were not fully tightened like the others, there was some play for me to screw them down tighter, where with the bottles that didn't leak there was no play.
I think under normal conditions & via suface mail that would have been fine but put those same seals into a cargo hold on a plane & the pressure may have caused them to leak, in my mind this is the most likely scenario.

I got a reply from OmVapers, very promptly too, within about an hour of my "Contact Us" mail to them.
    Here is their reply:

I do think what happened with my bottles may be an isolated case & I think OMVapers showed genuine concern in their reply, so I doubt this will happen again to anyone else. :)

They still haven't mailed my 20 bottles after 3 weeks.

I rang auspost about the other one, they confirmed it has the wrong suburb on it and they are having trouble working it out. But apparently them changing the suburb is mail tampering, so they can't.

So looks like 4 bottles will come out of my 20... Eventually... When they actually mail them

So what does Auspost do with the parcel? do they send it back? Dont worry Doggie, if it doesnt show up - its just my bad luck - not your responsibility.
