The University of Qld are currently recruiting people who vape for the Vaping Research Consumer and Community Advisory Committee. Vapers in southeast Queensland are particularly encouraged to apply. The purpose of the committee is to provide a way for vapers to contribute to the design, conduct and reporting of research findings. It acknowledges the central role of community members and consumers in research and translation of research findings and seeks to build a partnership between health researchers at the University of Queensland and the vaping community. An information sheet about the VRCCAC can be downloaded from the following URL http://bit.ly/2e6lRkQ Expressions of Interest for joining the VRCCAC can be lodged via this secure online form (https://survey.its.uq.edu.au/Checkbox/VRCCACEOI.aspx) FYI, Coral Gartner is the lead researcher on this project and at least one member of the board of the NNA AU will be on the committee.
