I agree with Noe that Beginners is best, because as others have said the tootler beginners are either going to become rebuilders and cloud-chasers, or they'll go into hibernating lurkdom.

Welcome Noe, the bane of my life. ;)

I mentioned unisex because there was talk of placeing the thread in the ladies lounge.
I'm not sexist but might not feel so comfortable in the LL?

I thought you were using rta now anyway? Kayfun or something? Which goes against the point.

As you would remember, after months of searching for eGo-T (B) atties around the World I have no choice with out going to AIOs or cigalikes.
I do like some of my RTAs but none are as simple as the eGo-Ts.

Thanks for the feedback Gabby. As others have suggested, you can just start your own thread if you want to, in either the newbie section or general discussion would be fine. Then if people go off topic you can just report their posts and we'll try to steer things back on track. I don't think there's a need for a whole new forum, unless I see a heap of threads that would fit into it.

Anyway, you're definitely not alone here - lots of us oldies want to keep things simple too. The following thread might interest you:

Good news for me is, Dman found some eGo-T (B) atties for me in China.
    I just ordered 20 @ $1.40 each,
After looking all around the World for six months.

Wow, how cute - I hadn't seen these before. A bit small for me, but that looks like a good deal too.

    2nd generation vape stick, Gabby.

1st generation had a sponge stuck in where your tanks go now,
you had to drip your juice into the sponge then put it back into your attie.
You'd be lucky if your juice lasted an hour, but we thought it was better than smoking.

2nd generation you filled a plastic tank with your juice, which held up to two ml.
Was much better than searching for fresh sponge or filler like Gen 1.

I still like the eGo-T (T for tank). Type (B) held .5 ml more juice than type (A).
There are a simple mod that you can stealth vape with easily & put in your pocket without worrying it's going to break.

Before some older vapers mention other fillers besides sponge,
The original vaping forums were filled with posts about the different fillers we could use back then, as we looked for something better.
Some were brilliant, others not so. But they all worked like a sponge.

I still have packs of "Scotchbrite" sink spongers which I cut into strips for gen. 1 atties.

LOL did you ever try the Lipton Pyramid Tea bag mod?
That wasn't a sponge, more of a holder/filter but just as terrible.

I resisted buying the cartos as I was happy with the eGo-T,
but I remember the forums were full of talk of the length of the wicks in the cartos.
They all had a different idea of the length of the wick for different cartos.

    Memories.......

CE4 were crap, "stardusts", with top coil tech, I'm sure my throat caught all that star dust as i vaped!
CE3 BC were the next thing & a HUGE improvement over the CE4, at the same time Boge cartos were still very popular.
