Thanks Posterboy. I vape Halo's Tribeca quite often and it tastes so good I was sure it must have the dodgy chemicals. Great to know it's clear!
FlavourArt not only test their liquids for the obvious culprits but they have in vitro testing done on all their flavours. Very responsible company.
FA were testing their products before it became "fashionable", their concentrates are some of my most often used
Thanks Moonshine, that is the best bit of news in this debate - I know where I will be shopping in the future. Many thanks xxx
Another case report of a patient with lipoid pneumonia was published, with the condition attributed to glycerin-based EC liquids used by the patient [McCauley et al. 2012]. However, glycerin is an alcohol (polyol) and thus it is impossible to cause lipoid pneumonia. Only oil-based liquids could be the cause for this condition; such liquids should not be used with ECs.
Had to laugh when my sister who is a very high up nurse in sydney told me i am going to give myself pneumonia by vaping. I used the above to shut her down!
Do you have a link Steve?
Its an old one that seems to be doing the rounds again
Snopes is great. I often post the Snopes article on ridiculous posts that credulous people share on facebook.

Interesting, but short, read.
Nice article Rupert
I like the comparison to headache pills. Perspective.

Dr. Farsalinos, Dr. Siegel and Dr. Phillip's were interviewed for this piece.
