    Finally got the Aromamiser going.
Just using the supplied dual 0.3 head.
    Its great!
If it passes the pocket friendly, no leaks test, I think it will bump my last Lemo out of regular use. I think I have been pushing those old workhorses a little to hard and getting wicking issues, can't keep up.
The Aromamiser steps up, performs well for flavour and vapour production, and wicks like a champ even when chain vaping.
    Thanks again TFR.

Glad you brought this thread back up.
I think I failed to thank everyone and particularly Dan. It was great and thanks for the fun Doggie - I know there was a lot of work behind the scenes to make it work and you did it with with Style and Discretion.
Wishing everyone good holidays and a great 2017.

@DogMan, I decided since it's going to be hot on xmas day, that red wine isn't really appropriate for all day drinking (what normally happens with my family on xmas day, with ev1 trashed by the end of the night).
So instead I got some Cider, went to Da(m)n Murphy's & wanted a carton but they only had 4 x 4 packs left of what I wanted, they were kind enough to charge me at the cost per can in a carton price, rather than the 4 pack price at least.
I would have had to pay $44.95 for a full carton(24) or $44 for 4 x 4 packs but instead the card you sent payed for all 16 cans, with 4cents left over :cancan:
I've had this brand before, so I know I'll like it, it was either this or Mercury Hard, I like both but these 500ml cans give me more to drink per can, which means less time spent walking back to the fridge/esky :D

    Thanks again Doggie :)

I highly recommend Rekorderlig cider. there are a few varieties to choose from. i prefer the apple with vanilla and cinnamon, and also the pomegranite one is very delicious. try them out if you havent already. but in my opinion they are superior to all others.

My favorite cider is merry down cider, its a nz cider thats slightly dry but unlike strongbow it dosent have that juice from conserntrate taste,
its got just a hint of spice to it, which adds a nice little something different to it but not to sweet like some others on the market, just got to watch out not to chug them down tho as there 6%

Cider is not supposed to taste like cordial mate, it's supposed to be crisp & refreshing, tried a Rekorderling cider before, wasn't impressed TBH.

Try Mercury Hard, 7.9% (another reason I went for the OranjeBOOM!) one or two is plenty LOL, its a nice drop too.
Like you I don't like Strongbow, I don't even consider it if it's the only cider available & drink something else instead.

if its like mass produced apple juice/cordial, I would rather just have a beer for sure and not wast my money

    Cider lite.
Only way I could find a sparkling cider dry enough, was to brew my own.
    Muntons do a nice concentrate.

Like beer, aCider needs to be ice cold, any cider that gets warm is sweeter.

Mercury Dry is probably something you could try if you want it that dry :)

Agreed on temperature. Applies to most drinks I reckon.
Mercury dry is pretty good, just a little too sweet still for my tastes. I think they add extra apple flavouring though. Its not necessary, I reckon

$4 is expensive I get OranjeBoom 500ml cans at about 1/2 that price ;)
$8 is "tell em they're dreamin" territory...
1/2 price = twice as much to drink :D

    Love that thinking Noe.
Home brew about $1 per 750ml.
If I use bought apple juice, a little less, but have to factor in the lemon juice for acid, and the black tea for tannins.

But then you have to drink mass produced beer
Plus they are only 375ml cans :p

    So working out:
    Beer 24 x 375ml cans cost approx $35
    Cider 24x 500ml cans cost approx $45

    375 x 24 = 9000 or 9L
    500 x 24 = 12000 or 12L

    Lowest common denominator of 9 & 12 = 3, so :
    9 / 3 = 3
    12/3= 4
    So :
    $35 / 3 = $11.66666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666
    $45 / 4 = $ 11.25
    So Cider = cheaper :D

Now I need a Cider after all of that :wine:

Agree on temperature. Fridge won't get it chilled enough. Needs an eski of ice or similar.

Very seldom that I drink beer or cider. Strictly a height of summer thing.

Aldi do some good beers lol
